I like the color scheme and the geometric conception. However, from a functional point of view it is too shallow and too close to the curb. Also, it could get too hot under that glass slab on a sunny day, and leaky on a rainy day.

1) kinda tiny
2) lots of ins and outs to clean
3) style came from the 90's
4) bench is step-sized
5) looks warm in summer
I think it's alright overall, I just like stating the obvious.

it is pretty cool and i like how the sun lits through the glaze but it is impractical and it is very very close to the road.

I like this "cleanliness" of the design. The size issues cited at another comment above are not real problems as they can be easily addressed. I only wish that the images posted here were a little larger so we could read them better.

I like being fried before I go to work.

obviously very ambitious and thorough in your work, with great representation and well-thought out ideas...however I would question the shear practical aspects of the design; size, accessibility, access, etc

This is a recent entry for a bus shelter competition in Athens, Georgia. The shelter has a ‘rock’ theme, as stipulated by the program. hMD Studio was shooting for conceptual simplicity, as well as buildability. The submission was accompanied by a materials and construction schedule that held to the project budget. more can be seen at:
