despite its apparent flamboyancy, i think this can work. repeated material used with litle waste, and an openness and uniqueness make it enjoyable and economically viable. why not?

The new bus stop is formed by metal ribbons that emerge from the ground, which then expose natural elements such as vegetation, sand, and stone. The glass in the back of the shelter protects bus riders from wind, rain and snow. The ribbon forms are convex to the ground plane and react to the tree canopy through looping.
